Lifetime Warranty

NUMA TACTICAL WARRANTS that, if your Numa sunglasses ever fail for any reason during standard use, we will repair or replace your sunglasses and incur all costs to ship them back to you within the United States. To make a claim, do NOT return your Numas to the store. Stores are NOT authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, submit your claim by email, mail or fax and then return your sunglasses directly to Numa Tactical, along with your Proof Of Purchase and a $30 Processing Fee.

Limitation on Damages
For breach of any warranty on Numa sunglasses, the consumer is limited to the following damages: repair of the product or replacement with an identical or comparable style, at the election of Numa. Numa is not liable for other damages, such as special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, resulting from use of this product.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PURCHASE OF NUMA SUNGLASSES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

Lifetime Limited Warranty Claim Form
A completed warranty claim form is required to make a claim. Any missing or incomplete information will void the processing of your claim.

Proof of Purchase
Proof of Purchase is required to make a claim. Your Proof of Purchase must match the item(s) you are returning under this warranty. The following are required for Proof of Purchase:

a. An original dated sales receipt from an Authorized Dealer clearly listing your Numa sunglass purchase; and
b. The original serial number from the Numa sunglass box.

The following items are not considered Proof of Purchase:

a. Photocopies of receipts or serial numbers;
b. Bank, credit card or on-line statements; and
c. Receipts from any Non-Authorized Dealer (Internet included).

Your original dated sales receipt and/or original serial number will be returned to you with your warranty claim.

Processing Fee
A $30 processing fee is required and must be included with each pair of Numa sunglasses returned under this warranty. Lens Kits, purchased separately from your Numa sunglasses, require a separate $30 processing fee. Payment may be made in the form of check, money order or credit card. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars and made payable to Numa Tactical, LLC.

If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of any Numa sunglasses submitted to Numa within the first year of purchase, Numa will return the $30 processing fee along with the repair or replacement of your Numa sunglasses.

Other Suggestions
We encourage you to send your Numa sunglasses and warranty claim by a traceable method, such as insured mail or UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. Numa is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Substitution / Discontinued Sunglasses
If your exact Numa sunglasses are not currently available because the model is discontinued, Numa shall select a substitution, at its discretion, of approximate even value and comparable style. All substitutions are final, and there shall be no exchanges for any reason, including fit, color or personal preference.

Scope and Duration of the Warranty
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of Numa sunglasses, and lasts for the lifetime of your Numa sunglasses and applies to all types of manufacturing defects during standard use, except for the following:

a. Loss of sunglasses is NOT covered;
b. Standard use does NOT include use as protective eyewear for which safety glasses or goggles are required;
c. This warranty does NOT cover prescription lenses. Numa is not responsible for returning to you your prescription lenses if received in connection with this warranty; and
d. This warranty does NOT extend to damage to Numa sunglasses caused by improper use or normal wear, including lens scratching.

Reproduction of Customer Letters
Numa reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter and/or photograph received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter along with a warranty claim will constitute a license permitting Numa use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter in connection with its business.
