If for any reason you are unhappy with your eyewear/accessory purchase, you may return your merchandise for credit or replacement within 30 days of your purchase from numatactical.com. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

What should I include with my return?
- Complete the Numa Tactical Return Form provided with your purchase. You may also print a copy of the return form located on this page. Providing this completed form will expedite your credit.
- Package your merchandise in the original box or a sturdy corrugated container. Numa Tactical cannot be responsible for damage in shipping.
- Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice. This will expedite your credit.
- Ship in a prepaid traceable manner (UPS, Airborne, Fed Ex, Registered US mail).
- We will notify you once we have processed your credit. Credits to your credit card may take two cycles to be reflected on your statement.
What if I want to exchange my merchandise due to improper fit, color, or size? What if the wrong item was sent or ordered?
Order the new item now via our online store. Then return the original for credit utilizing the Numa Tactical Return Form and following the instructions above.
What if my merchandise is defective?
Again, we recommend that you order the replacement now via our online store. Then return the original for credit utilizing the Numa Tactical Return Form. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for defects. If it's defective, we will issue credit for your merchandise including shipping.
